Shopping Information

You can use our search bar at the top of the page to search for specific products i.e. Limited Edition bears etc, or browse through our categories.
Yes, you can create a wishlist and save products for later purchase. Simply click the “Add to Wishlist” button on any product page.
Product availability is indicated on the product page. If a product is in stock, you will see a “Add to Cart” button.
 
If it’s out of stock, you may see a notification or the option to be notified when it’s back in stock.
Yes, you can make purchases as a guest without creating an account.
 
However, creating an account allows you to save your shipping information, track your orders, and access exclusive offers.

Payment Information

To purchase any of our bears i.e. Limited Edition Lolabears or Snugglies We accept [list of accepted payment methods, e.g., credit cards, debit cards, PayPal, bank transfers].
Yes, your payment information is secure. We use [security measures, e.g., SSL encryption] to protect your data.
Yes, you can apply a coupon code during the checkout process. Simply enter the code in the designated field.
If your payment fails, you will be notified and given the option to try again or choose a different payment method.
 
Please ensure that your payment information is correct and that you have sufficient funds in your account.

Order & Returns

You can place an order directly through our website by adding your chosen bear(s) to the basket and proceeding to checkout. Simply enter your delivery details, choose your preferred payment method, and confirm your order.
I can usually make changes or cancel an order if it hasn’t been processed or dispatched yet. If you need to change details (such as address, bear choice, or quantity), please contact me as soon as possible with your order number. Once your order has been shipped, I’m unable to make changes.
I accept most major debit and credit cards, as well as other secure payment options (such as PayPal/Shop Pay/Klarna – update with whatever you use). All payments are processed securely at checkout.
No unfortunately currently we do not offer international shipping.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are based on your location and the size/weight of your order. Any available free shipping offers or flat-rate options will be clearly shown before you complete payment.

Processing time is usually 3-5 business days (update with your real time) before dispatch, as each bear is carefully checked and prepared for their new home.

Yes, once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details (where available) so you can keep an eye on your bear’s journey.

If your order is taking longer than expected, please first check your tracking information and local delivery office. If it still hasn’t arrived after the estimated delivery window, contact me with your order number so I can help investigate.

For limited edition or One of a Kind bears, pre-orders and reservations may be limited or unavailable as each bear is unique. If you’re interested in a particular release, please keep an eye on my social media or sign up to the newsletter for updates.

At this time I don’t offer custom bears, but I regularly release new designs and One of a Kind creations.

Returns & Refunds

I want you to be happy with your new bear. If you are not completely satisfied, you may be able to return your item within 14 days of delivery (update with your policy), provided it is unused, in its original condition, and with all tags/packaging. Please contact me before sending any item back.
Return postage is usually the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty, damaged, or you have received the wrong item. I recommend using a tracked service for your peace of mind.
Many makers do not accept returns on OOAK or limited editions unless the bear is faulty.
Example:
Due to the unique nature of One of a Kind and limited edition bears, returns are generally not accepted unless the item is damaged or significantly not as described. Please contact me if there is an issue so we can find a solution.
Please email/contact me with your order number, the bear’s name, and the reason for the return. I’ll confirm whether your return is eligible and send you the return address and any instructions.

Once your return is received and inspected, I will process your refund within 7 working days (update with your timeframe). Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to show the funds.

Exchanges may be possible depending on stock. If you’d like a different bear, I may ask you to return the original (if eligible) for a refund and place a new order.

If your bear arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described, please contact me within 3 days of receiving your order, with photos and your order number. I will work with you to arrange a repair, replacement (if possible), or refund.

For hygiene and quality reasons, bears must be returned in new, unused condition, with all original tags and packaging. Bears that show signs of use, damage, or scent contamination (e.g. smoke, strong perfumes) may not be eligible for a full refund.

Policy options:

Sale items are final and non-returnable, unless faulty.

Sale items can be returned under the same conditions as full-price items within 14 days.
