This Right of Withdrawal Policy applies to customers residing in the European Union in accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights.
1. Right to Withdraw
If you are an EU customer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you or a third party (other than the carrier) receives the item.
To exercise this right, you must notify us of your decision to withdraw from the purchase with a clear statement.

2. Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from a purchase, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs, no later than 14 days from the day we are informed of your decision.
Refunds will be issued using the same payment method you used for the transaction. You will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or until you have supplied proof of return—whichever occurs first.
3. Returning Goods
You must send back the item(s) to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day you communicate your withdrawal.
Customers are responsible for the cost of returning the goods, unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Returned items must be unused, in their original condition, and with all original packaging (unless damaged during delivery).
4. Exclusions from the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
Custom or personalised items made specifically to your request.
Digital downloads, once the file has been delivered.
Items that are intended for personal use and are not suitable for return for hygiene reasons once unsealed.
Goods that have been damaged, altered, or used by the customer beyond what is necessary to determine their nature and characteristics.
